Items purchased on Badgeros in a new and saleable condition may be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. Items must be accompanied by the original labels.
Request for return
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the item.
Providing your order number will allow us to track down your order quickly.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
Your item must have a receipt or proof of purchase from our website.
You should note that we do not accept returns or exchanges simply because you don’t like or want our products. If you insist on returning or exchanging the items, the shipping cost will be borne by the buyer. In addition, we do not charge for relisting the product.

Please submit a ‘return request’ on the Badgeros website.
Please pack the item securely with all its belongings and enclose a memo with your order number.

When the product arrives at our warehouse, you will get a refund to your original payment method within 1-2 business days after the inspection process is completed.
Order cancellation
The cancellation shall be made within 30 minutes of the time you place your order. After 30 minutes, we cannot retrieve the order. Please check your order carefully before purchasing.
Order cancellation processing time
Once we receive your submitted cancellation request, we will process it for you as soon as possible. We will process your canceled order within 12 hours. Orders canceled after 30 minutes will need to be returned after the customer receives the package and we will refund within 1-2 business days after receiving the package.

Damaged or defective items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Once verified, we will arrange to reship the product with the shipping cost borne by the seller.
