Can I change my shipping address?
Please be mindful that changing the shipping address is unavailable once your order is placed. Please cancel your order first and place a new order.
What if I want to change or cancel my order?
We try to fulfill our orders as quickly as possible. Once you confirm your order, no changes can be made. That said, please email us and we will try to see if a good solution can be found.
I haven’t received the order confirmation.
If you haven’t received an order confirmation, one or more things may have caused it:
Your order hasn’t been approved and not processed – therefore you don’t receive a confirmation of the purchase. Check if your order confirmation could be in the junk mail of your mailbox or check if the e-mail address you provided is correct. If you’re still missing an order confirmation, you can contact our customer service.
Who pays the return shipping costs?
Clients are responsible for return/exchange shipping charges. The cost of the delivery will only be returned in case we deem the goods to have been faulty or damaged before they were dispatched to you.
Does the folder smell?

Do you send free staples?
Sorry, we do not give away staples. But you can buy them in some small stores.
Do your notebooks penetrate ink?
Our notebooks are made of thick paper preventing ink from bleeding through the pages, and giving you a good writing experience.
