About shipping
- Shipping time: Standard Delivery: 3-12 business days.
- Excessive shipping time: If the shipping time has passed 60 days and you have not received your order, you can log into your account and you will find a tracking message with all the contact information for the freight company. Then, we will reschedule your shipment or refund you.

£20 ≤ Orders amount ﹤£49: £4.9
Orders amount ≥ £49: free
About order
- Order processing time: The order is usually processed within 1-2 business days. Ordering on weekends and/or public holidays will be dispatched the following business day.
- Order processing deadline: Our order cutoff time is 5:00 PM (GMT), Monday – Friday. Orders after 5:00 PM (GMT)on Friday will be processed and shipped next Monday (holiday extension).
- Too long processing time: If you purchase a product without special notes and the order processing time exceeds 10 days, please contact customer service immediately. After we verify this, we will reschedule your shipment and compensate you with a £5 coupon.
Customs & duty charges
The consumer is responsible for the tax on the goods. We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
Goods lost
We take every precaution to keep your parcel safe in transit, but if the order is lost in transit, we are not responsible for it, but we are more than happy to help you contact the logistics company.
